Trades and gifts
Trade offer notifications, Accept/Decline, optional auto-accept for free items, and auto-redeeming gifts.
All of this is optional and configured per Steam account under /gui → Config (trade / gift–related toggles).
Trade offer notifications
What it does: When someone sends you a Steam trade offer, you can get a Discord DM with Accept and Decline buttons.
Good to know: The bot remembers the offer in a session. If the bot restarts, you might need to use context from the Discord message again for buttons to work reliably—behavior can vary by version.
Auto-accept “free” trades
What it does: The bot can automatically accept offers where you receive items and give nothing (a “free” incoming trade).
Important risk: “Free” items can still be part of scams or Steam Community rule issues. Only enable this if you understand Steam trading risks. The bot cannot judge whether an item is “safe.”
Auto-redeem gifts
What it does: Incoming Steam gifts (games or guest passes) can be accepted and added to your library automatically.
Think about it: Anyone who knows your Steam trade URL could send a gift; auto-redeem means you don’t manually confirm each one.
